You are the face of the video repair department. You handle phone calls, damage claims and administration.
You are able to communicate clearly English, Dutch and French, both written and in speech. You are familiar with MS office. You have a pleasant, friendly style and are willing to build a long-trem relationship with the customer (not a "job-hopper")
